Undertone

Light Springs have light and warm features. They have gold or peachy undertones.

Contrast

There is a Low Contrast between Light Springs's skin, eyes and hair. They blend rather than contrast each other. 

Skin

Light Springs have neutral or neutral-warm undertones that appear golden and peachy. It ranges from fair to medium. They may have freckles. According to the metal test, Gold flatters them more than Silver. 

Eyes

Light Spring / True Spring / Bright Spring

Light Spring sits on the seasonal flow chart between Light Summer and True Spring. Light Spring colours are the lightest in the summer family with the lowest contrast. They are also less warm than True Springs, gentler and less contrasted than Bright Springs.

Since they are neighbouring the Light Summer according to flow theory, their colours are softer but not muted; they are bright and colourful. This also brings some coolness to their colouring.

Both Light Summer and Light Springs are light and have low contrast in their features. However, Light Summers have cool (blue, beige, gray) undertones, whereas Light Springs have warm (golden and peachy) undertones.

Light Summers have ashy blonde/light brown hair colours; Light Springs have golden undertones. Light Summer’s features are grayed out and muted; Light Springs have a more bright and fresh appearance.

Technically you can create colour combinations by mixing and matching colours in your colour palette. You can combine your accent colours with your basic colours or dark or light neutral colours.

Your color palette consists of light, bright, and warm hues, including a mix of cool, bright green and blue shades blended with warm tones.

Although you have low contrast in your features, your seasonal palette is not muted, and it benefits from a touch of contrast in your color combinations. For this, we recommend opting for complementary or analogous combinations, which involve pairing colors that are either far apart on the color wheel (e.g., coral and blue) or neighboring colors (e.g., blue and purple).

To introduce a subtle level of contrast, consider teaming a bright accent color with a light or dark neutral from your palette, even when they possess opposite values. Avoid high-contrast and bold combinations such as complementary, triadic, or tetradic schemes, as they may overpower your fresh and delicate appearance. Likewise, steer clear of monochromatic or neutral-only combinations, which can leave you looking washed out.

In your palette, you won't find true black as it tends to be too dark and cold against your light and warm features. Instead, opt for warmer gray and dark brown shades to achieve depth in your color combinations. You'll also find warmer white shades in your palette that can be used effectively in your outfits.

Patterns & Prints

Patters should contain only the light spring colours and have low contrast so that they will harmonize with your natural look. Small-scale and dense patterns and prints with rounded geometric patterns and loosely arranged delicate elements such as flowers, birds, butterflies, and leaves are good options for you.

Metals: For Light Spring, both warm and cool metals can be suitable, but gold is particularly reliable. The key consideration is that metals should be light in color to harmonize with the delicate and subtle coloring of Light Spring. Metals can be shiny, brushed, or matte, but it's best to avoid antiqued or oxidized finishes that darken the metal and clash with the lightness of your appearance. •
