For Print-On-Demand Orders;
Our shipping policy outlines the estimated delivery timeframes for your order. Typically, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order before it is shipped. The shipping time varies depending on your location and can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3-4 business days
- Europe: 6-8 business days
- Australia: 2-14 business days
- Japan: 4-8 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
We work with on-demand order fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide, and your order will be shipped from the facility closest to your location.
For international orders, please note that an additional customs and tax fee may apply, which is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely by country, so please check with your local customs office to determine if any duties and taxes apply to your purchases.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address. You can also check with your local post office and neighbours in case the package was delivered to them. If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact us at [insert your support email here] with your order number.
If the shipping address was correct and the package was not located, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If a replacement order needs to be sent due to an error in the delivery address, the shipping cost will be at your expense.

For Mystylebox Style Boxes or Designer Boutique Orders;
When you order/subscribe to our service, we will send your box/boxes containing products that our stylists choose according to the results of your Style Survey. We refer to them as “style boxes” in this policy. We aim to ship your style box ten business days after your purchase. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping time may vary according to your shipping choices or third-party shipping companies’ operation schedules. We may refuse to send to any address associated with fraudulent purchases.
You may choose one time or periodic subscription for your style boxes. Subscription box shipping dates are automatically scheduled from the date of your purchase.
We offer discounted Canada Post shipping rates for orders in Canada and other countries. When you checkout, you will see the accurate shipping rates based on your order, and you can also choose your delivery method. We charge an additional handling fee for all orders.
If you haven’t received your order within five days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Please note that we keep limited stock for designer outfits at Mystylebox Boutique. They are Made-to-Order, and some can be customized according to your needs and taste. Therefore delivery times may vary. Handmade items may take longer than regular items.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
