End User License Agreement

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("the end user" or "you") and Mystylebox ("we," "our," or "us") regarding the use of the digital download products ("Product") provided by Mystylebox.

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to purchase, download, or use the Product.

1. License Grant

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Product for personal use only. This license does not constitute a sale or transfer of ownership rights in the Product.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the Product in any way.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Product.
  • Share, distribute, or make the Product available to third parties in any format or platform, including file-sharing services or websites.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product.
  • Use the Product for any commercial purposes other than personal use without express written consent.

3. Ownership

The Product, including any related intellectual property rights, remains the sole and exclusive property of Mystylebox. No rights or ownership are transferred to you except for the limited license granted herein.

4. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective upon your purchase, download, or use of the Product and shall continue until terminated. We reserve the right to terminate this EULA and your access to the Product at any time if you violate the terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies in your possession.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Mystylebox be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.

6. No Warranties

The Product is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You assume all risks associated with using the Product.

7. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this EULA will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Canada.

If you are accessing or using the Product from outside the country, you agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are solely responsible for understanding and adhering to all applicable legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Product after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised EULA.

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms.
