For Virtual Colour Analysis, Digital Colour Palettes and Online Personal Styling Orders:
Please follow the instructions when you order our Virtual Colour Analysis / Personal Colour Analysis Service. We will start your colour analysis after receiving your pictures taken by the provided guidelines. We cannot refund your order once we receive and confirm your photos and start your analysis.
Please note that once you access or download any Digital content that you purchase, you no longer have the right to cancel or request a refund for your purchase of that Digital Content.
Before you order Online Personal Styling Service, you should complete Online Style Survey and use the same email address with your order. We will analyze your survey results and prepare your style tips and outfit & accessory suggestions according to your survey results. This procedure takes approximately 4-5 business days, and this service is non-refundable once you receive your style suggestions via email.
We have no connection with any brands or stores we recommend buying from; we do not guarantee and accept no legal liability arising from or connected to the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of any material on any linked site we recommend.
For Style Box and My Designer Boutique Orders:
When you order/subscribe to our service, we will send your box/boxes containing products chosen by our stylists according to the results of your Style Survey. We refer to them as "style box or mystylebox" in this policy. We aim to ship your style box ten business days after your purchase. Shipping time may vary according to your shipping choices or third-party shipping companies' operation schedules. We may refuse to ship to any address outside our geographical operating area or associated with fraudulent purchases.
Orders may only be placed online. For security reasons, we can't take orders by phone.
You may choose one time or periodic subscription for your style boxes. Subscription box shipping dates are automatically scheduled from the date of your purchase. When you purchase (one-time or subscription option), our "Styling Service Fee" will be added to your purchased box price. This fee will cover your boutique styling service for each box. This styling fee is non-refundable.
By submitting your payment information to us, you authorize us to charge your credit card or another payment method available by these Terms. If you subscribe for automatic delivery, you agree that we may charge the Styling Fee to the card or other payment method on file regularly according to the frequency you selected until you cancel automatic delivery by clicking the "Manage My Subscription" link on your Account homepage when you log in, choosing to stop receiving automatic delivery at any time at least ten business days before your style box is due to ship.
You can try the items for three days period after the date you have received your Style Box. If you have similar items or items you would not be comfortable wearing in your box, you can return them by following the instructions we will send you via email.
If you fail to return the items in 3 days, we will assume you will keep them, and no refunding request will be accepted. The items are your responsibility until they reach our returning address. This rule applies to all products in your Style Box and products you buy from our My Boutique Section. Please note that we keep limited stock for designer outfits. They are Made-to-Order, and some can be customized according to your needs and taste. Therefore delivery times may vary. Handmade items may take longer than regular items.
The item's price range will be determined according to your style box choice. We will fit into your selected box price; if any balance occurs between the Mystylebox price and the total price of items you have decided to keep, it will be debited to your account directly.
It is not possible to exchange items purchased in your style box. If you wish to exchange, you must return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order. All returns for refund must be in line with this policy.
Products should be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaged (This includes any branded bags for footwear and boxes for jewelry) with all the tags intact. If they are damaged or have signs of being worn, they will not be refunded. This rule applies to all products in your Style Box and products you buy from our My Boutique Section.
We aim to process your return within ten business days. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Depending on the issuing bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. If you haven't received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the order is placed, you cannot modify your payment method. We cannot process refunds against credit cards that have been marked as lost or that have expired. In this situation, we can process a wire transfer. Please get in touch with email@example.com if this occurs.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
You must pay state and local sales taxes that apply to your order where we elect or are required to collect and remit such taxes. Taxes are not refundable.
We do not store the items in your style box. We collect the items at their retail prices. Suppose there is any price change (such as discount, promotion, sale or price drop for any reason, such as campaigns or special day promotions) on these items after we have shipped them. In that case, we are not liable for these changes, and we will not make any price adjustments and refund the price difference after your purchase date.
